       Received training in all departments:  reception, front office, banqueting, food and beverage, housekeeping and marketing.
       I have extensive experience of the inner workings of a hotel's planning, organising and daily functions.
       The attendance of daily yield meetings.  This includes ensuring that a forecast repost is available and that feedback is given on marketing and sales actions implemented to stimulate demand per market segment
       The attendance of weekly executive management meetings.  This includes reporting back on the hotels sales and revenue performance per market segment against the budget.
       Communication of sales and marketing actions for both the acquisition and maintenance of guests
